Our Mission
We are a Native-owned private practice and consulting group based out of unceded Tiwa Lands (Albuquerque, New Mexico). We provide neurodevelopmental services to children and adolescents. In addition, we offer technical assistance to Indigenous communities who seek to improve access to culturally responsive developmental and early childhood services in their communities.
EMPOWERMENT
We believe in both individual and community empowerment. We are taking the profession of speech-language pathology into new spaces by prioritizing quality and culturally responsive services for our clients, families, and their communities. Our goal is to deliver family-centered, evidence-based interventions with the overarching goal of fostering independence and remediating developmental delays in young children.
ACCESS
We are committed to providing developmental services to rural and diverse communities because all children deserve to have their voices heard. We are here to serve you and to help improve access to developmental services in your community. We strive for inclusive practices and engaging with the communities that we serve.
LANGUAGE NUTRITION ON THE REZ
We support language nutrition efforts in Indigenous communities through Native children's book distribution. We encourage traditional farming methods that support language-rich spaces for families and youth with the overarching goal of food security and community empowerment. We support our extended relatives through mutual aid and frequent community service.
